Orders & production
How long until my order ships?
Every item is printed after you order it. Printing takes 2–4 business days, then your order ships with tracking. From late November to mid-December printing can take up to 5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update or cancel it. After that it's usually already printing and can't be changed.
Do you check my personalization before printing?
We print exactly what you type, so please double-check names, spelling and the year before you check out.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
United States: 5–7 business days after printing. Other countries: 7–15 business days after printing. Every order ships with tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by these dates for the best chance of delivery before December 25. Carrier delays in December can still happen.

Will I pay import taxes or duties?
US orders have no import charges. For other countries, any taxes we're required to collect are shown at checkout. Other import charges, if any, depend on your country's rules.
Returns & replacements
Can I return an item?
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted
Email support@printora-store.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
My tracking says delivered but I can't find it
Check with neighbors and your mailbox or front desk, then contact the carrier. If it still hasn't turned up after 2 days, email us and we'll help.
Sizing & products
How do your sizes fit?
Our tees, sweatshirts and hoodies are unisex. Most women pick their usual size for a relaxed fit or one size down for a closer fit. See the size guide.
Is there a discount when I buy more?
Yes. Buy 3 or more items and take an extra 5% off. It's applied automatically at checkout.
Payments & currency
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device and country.
Can I pay in my currency?
Prices show in your local currency where available, and you're charged in that currency at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
