Shipping policy
Every Printora item is printed to order. This policy explains how long that takes and how your order reaches you.
Production time
Orders are printed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Between November 20 and December 15, printing can take up to 5 business days.
Delivery times
- United States: 5–7 business days after printing.
- All other countries: 7–15 business days after printing.
Delivery times are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees.
Holiday dates
For delivery before December 25, order by December 14 (US standard shipping) or by November 27 for other countries.
Shipping costs
- United States: $6.99 flat rate per order.
- All other countries: $12.99 flat rate per order.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We email the tracking link as soon as your order leaves our print partner. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.
Customs and import taxes
US orders have no import charges. For other countries, taxes we are required to collect are shown at checkout; any other import charges depend on the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.
